IWe would like to encourage you to contact us by email or phone prior to adding any purchases to the cart to discuss your project, agree on details and timeline. You will then pay the deposit through the shopping cart. Once the project is completed it will be delivered with watermarks for your approval. Once the project is finalized the watermarks will be removed and the remaining funds due will either be invoiced or purchased through the shopping cart, depending on how this was set up in the project contract.
Each project is unique and has a different level of complexity. We will agree on a project completion deadline during the initial set up of the project.
Most of the software is purchase through an outside vendor. The shopping instructions will say DO NOT ADD TO CART. You will click the link or copy and paste the link into your browser. You will then be taken to a sales page iwth all of the details. Each vendor has their own return policy and they will provide training and support.
We offer a wide variety of services. Please contact us by email or phone and we will help to customize a service that meets your business needs. Some services are a one-time fee, while others may be through a contract over time. Services will have a retainer fee written into the contract.
If the errors are ours we will correct them with no additional fees. We will allow up to two additional edits or revisions without any additional charge.
Software purchase through our vendors is based on their policies and you will refund directly through their support systems. If you would like a refund on any of our products or services you will have 14 days. Please note that videos have a deposit fee and the remianing balance will only be paid after the project has met the clients satisfaction.
